1. Mr. Escalante thought that education should be the beginning of your whole life. You can do anything you work hard for and he proved that through his students.
2. Mr. Escalante's colleagues thought that education should be getting the kids out of school as fast as they could. They didnt give too much value in education.
3.Mr. Keating thought education should give the kids a free-will to do on their own. He wanted them to understand that they may not have someone there to guide them at all times so they need to be able to stand up for themselves.
4. Mr. Keating's colleagues thought that education should prepare them for their future in the society and they should be taught to "fit in" with their own people.
5.My favorite teacher thought education should stimulate the mind. It should bring knowledge and empowerment within, as well as confidence.
6. I think my worst teacher thought education was just a way for her to earn money because she was HORRIBLE! She was very disengaged and didnt really care at all. She was my highschool algebra teacher. I blame her for hating math LOL jp/
well thought out!
